Owner's Right to Sell Provision
You reserve the right to sell to your own buyers without paying me a commission. At your option, I will negotiate the offer to purchase on your behalf and close the entire transaction for a "negotiating" fee of $1,500 regardless of the selling price.
Golden Preferred Senior Citizen Program
My maximum commission charge to you, when I personally list and sell your home it will not exceed 4% (2% for any amount over $100,000) during the course of the listing period. (All co-brokered sales are at the rate of 6% on the first $100,000 and 4% thereafter.)
